Terms of Service
This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1 (Authority over the target)
Members may request an assessment only for assets they own or for which they have received explicit permission from the owner to test. All legal liability arising from a request concerning assets without such authority rests with the requesting member.
Article 2 (Ownership verification)
Requests for web, API and mobile targets proceed only after ownership is verified through a DNS TXT record or a file at a designated path. If verification is not possible, the Company may decline the request.
Article 3 (Storage and access of reports)
Analysis reports can be viewed only by the requesting member. Files are deleted 90 days after the payment date (or 180 days after release if unpaid). Members should download reports within the retention period if needed.
Article 4 (Remediation work)
Remediation work proceeds after a separate agreement on the scope of work, and any access granted by the member is returned when the work ends.
Article 5 (Fees and refunds)
The analysis and results summary are free. The detailed report and remediation requests are provided after payment of the fixed fees shown on the site. Withdrawal of orders and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
