Refund Policy

All prices include VAT, and there are no additional charges per request.

If you have never downloaded the report after payment, we refund the full amount within 7 days of the payment date.
The report is digital content, and delivery is complete the moment it is downloaded. Because the number of vulnerabilities by severity and a summary are provided free of charge before payment, withdrawal is restricted after download under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
However, if the report content differs significantly from the published summary or the file is damaged and cannot be opened, we will reissue it or refund in full after review.

Cancellation before work begins is refunded in full.
After work begins, the portion of work completed is deducted before refunding; no refund is given once remediation is complete.
If the Company cannot complete the work for its own reasons, we refund in full.

Card payments: processed as a payment cancellation; depending on the card issuer, it is reflected within 3–7 business days.
Card payment links: the link payment is cancelled.
USDT: the same USDT amount as at the time of payment is returned to a TRC20 address you specify (network fees paid by the Company).
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the request is confirmed.
